I have my own way, because I stored the custom name in the Registry "InstanceInfo"="[InstanceId]-[INSTNAME_EDIT_PROP]".
After a Registry search I can use "InstanceInfo" under Custom Actions for creating and removing the desktop shortcuts with the exact file ...
