Newbie needs basic help creating the msi

Hi all,

I'm new to this and feel I dont really understand what I am meant to be doing!

Basically a software vendor has sent us a new version of some software and I want to deploy this to our clients via SMS - in the past we had to visit each machine...obviously a nice msi file is easy to deploy ...
