I have installed 22.6 which does not have the bug.
Here you have an image of the font being too big. It Is that way in most text inputs, but not all, like version.

When I click or type in the text input the text disappears and comes back when I do it ...

At display scales lower than 200% font sizes in text input is too big, and will alternate between hidden and shown at very mouse click or keyboard stroke.
