My apologies, I should have included more information in my post. I do realize that the error implies that the virtual directory already exists. However, I would expect that advanced installer would allow for the installation to skip that virtual directory and continue without rolling back ...

We are experiencing a problem where our installation package displays errors when it tries to create/initialize a virtual directory in IIS that already exists.
