I'm afraid it is not recommended to create patches for a multilingual project which uses the same Product Code for all its installation languages.

The issue where the "Uninstall" option from Control Panel -> Programs list entries was still available although the "Disable Remove" option and the "Override Windows Installer programs list entry" option from "Product Details" page were enabled, was fixed in version 11.6 of Advanced Installer released on October 23rd, 2014.
