How to edit .NET config file in 10.7

No problem at all. Actually, you are most of the time very prompt. I am very pleased with your service and support!
I did with your suggestion and it still didn't work. It is now named SEL_FILENAME and assigned value = web.qa.config.
I created the name in Install Parameters. Is it the right place to create? It still doesn't work. Do you think it has to do with the order that was done in Custom Actions? I will send you my AIP file for you to look at.
