Hi Rohan,

The issue related to new rows added from Table Editor page which were lost on project conversion was fixed in version 11.6.2 of Advanced Installer released on November 11th, 2014.

So, during conversion you shouldn't use the intermediary 11.6.1 version. Instead, open your older version of your AIPs(project file) directly in the latest version (11.6.2) of Advanced Installer.
