Hi Team,
Setup is getting started automaically after restarting the machine, wizard getting lauched moving to maintainance mode without inervention.
After complete installatioin is done if we restart the machine, setup launching automatically moving to mataintenance mode.

We followed the recommended steps to generate log file, no luck to generate the log in the maintainenance from add or remove programs. verbose log option is enabled in install parameters. do we have any other way to find this ?

I've already enabled the "Verbose logging" option in Install Parameters page. It created the log file with <Product name> in TEMP folder during installation. But, From Add/Remove programs it was not created instead of this, "AI_ResourceCleanerLog" file was created.

hi team,
am able to register the file (.ocx) manually. i found there is a problem with UAC or the .ocx may have some dependencies to register from the tool (Advanced installer). Please provide the resolution to overcome this issue.

As my understanding issue come up from User Account Controls settings.
we found the dll from system 32 & "C:\Program Files (x86)\Caphyon\Advanced Installer 11.7.1\bin\x86\msvcr100.dll"path specified.
