Comparing with another AI user realized that I needed to click "See All Features" to see "Merge Modules" in the left pane

"Merge Modules" missing from left pane
Docs at https://www.advancedinstaller.com/user-guide/merge-modules.html suggest there should be a Merge Modules section under Requirements after Prerequisites and Launch Conditions but that's not what I'm seeing (in AI 20.8 or 20.9.1):
