There appears to be a couple bugs in User Interface -> Themes in version 22.0.
- If I navigate to User Interface -> Themes and change the Dialog Bitmap or Banner Bitmap, the preview is updated the first time. Any subsequent attempts to browse and select the same file does not update the ...
