Custom action is not fired

Please advice why custom action "LaunchDbUpdater" is not fired.
I've attached the aip file.

Hi Shlomi,

I see that you have the "Hide program's window" option set for that custom action, so it may be launched in the background. If this is not the case, please send me a verbose log of the installation to to support at advancedinstaller dot com, so I can investigate it.
