Greetings,
I got a message box that spawn where my product is uninstalled, but I wish it didn't if I upgraded. So my idea was to pass a property to the standard action RemoveExistingProduct but this is not possible. Do you have any idea, maybe through custom action? The fact is that I don't know how this standard action works.

Hello and welcome to Advanced Installer forums,
If you don't want your message box custom action to spawn during an upgrade, you can condition it ("Custom Actions" page --> your custom action -- under "Execution Stage Condition") to execute only during first time installs. To do so, you can click on the "Show upgrade options" and uncheck the "Upgrade" option.
