Prerequisite Screen differences

Hi there,

After updating to Advanced Installer 17.0, we have noticed that the Prerequisites screen appears differently.

Is this a bug or intended functionality? If so, is there a way to revert or change the look back to what is was like in version 16.9?

Reason for this, we believe the 16.9 version of the prerequisite screen provides more user feedback as to why prerequisites are being installed.

I have attached screenshots of the 2 versions and how they are different.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tested this and I could indeed reproduce this behavior.

Unfortunately, this looks like an issue in what regards Advanced Installer.

I have forwarded this to our development team and this will be fixed in a future version of Advanced Installer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I will update this thread when the issue will be fixed.

This has been fixed in version 17.1 of Advanced Installer, released on May 27th, 2020.
