Object Already Exists Error

We are getting an error message Object Already Exists when we are running the install. Any help would be appreciated in how we can resolve this issue. I have attached the log file and the aip.

Hi Brad,

I looked over the files that you sent, but I was not able to find the source of the problem. Can you reproduce it on multiple clean machine?

If so, can you please send us a link to support at advancedinstaller dot com, so we can download your package and test it on our machine in order to investigate the problem?

This is happening on multiple computers. We did find a solution. If we remove the Windows Update KB2918614, the problem goes away. This is not happening on all computers that have run this update but on all the computers that have failed this has corrected the problem.

Has this been addressed by a fix in any recent version? We ran into this today with an installer built with 11.1. If this has been fixed we will upgrade the project, if not we'll have to detect this Windows Update and bail on the install, telling the user to remove the update. Obviously this is not desirable.

I'm afraid that we couldn't fix this problem as long as it is not an Advanced Installer problem. The problem was also discussed on the Windows installer Error: “Object already exists” page and it seems that the only fix is to remove that Windows Update.

Recently, I have stuck with this object already exists error meanwhile handling my Access database. Frankly speaking, I was too annoyed with this error, as it hinders me every time whenever I try to insert any object within the Access database. When I searched a lot about my problem, I have got this.
