Virtual Machines - Failed to login

I'm trying to add a VMWare Workstation virtual machine and am following the wizard as per the AI documentation.

As you can see, I get the above warning re failing to login. The VM operating system is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and I have chosen to login using my hotmail address and use my password PIN. I have now tried to use that same username/password in the AI wizard without success. I have also tried to use my hotmail password instead of the PIN without success. I have also tried to login first to the VM and then run the AI wizard using both login username/password combinations. On each occasion I end up with the above result.

What is even more frustrating is that on each occasion I have tried the VM it creates the snapshot BEFORE displaying the error message resulting in each attempt taking approx. 10 minutes before failure.

What am I missing?

I apologize for such a delay on this.

I have forwarded this to our QA team and both us and them were really busy with the release the last few days. :(

We'll have a look together over this on Monday and I will followup as soon as I will have more information.

Hello,

We have tested this on our end and were able to reproduce it.

However, after discussing with the developer, it looks like the VMWare API that we are using does not support this scenario with the PIN and therefore there isn't much we can on our end.

If this will be supported somewhere in the future, we will add this as well as I've added this on our TODO list.
