HI all
Our application is necessarily quite large, as we have to support offline installations, so all the .Net frameworks need to be included in the project.
We'd like to start pushing updates that only include the changes.
I know we can create patches in the Enterprise Edition, but we cannot justify upgrading from Professional just for this.
Are there any other ways we can only send the changed files from our application?

The only two options are the ones you presented: either a major upgrade or a patch.
These two are the only update methods of Windows Installer.
