Using signing with eToken fails

without signing the install package (exe) is build correct.

Activating signing, using eToken fromSegtico starts the build process correct, the password will be asked, th build process continous.
On the last steps an error occurs that a file can't be open - checking this the file doesn't exist!
So the build process cancels.
The file locatin is the %appdata% local temp folder:
"C:\Users\kdhel\AppData\Local\Temp\BUI9659.tmp\EMPA0FC.tmp".

(Remark: eToken and signtool.exe are correct working on the machine making a manual signing on command line)

Any ideas?
