Enter key not working in v. 22.3 / Custom action editor

Hello, I have tried editing a custom action (Run PowerShell inline script), the editor allows me to type in anything but the line return. The ENTER key doesn't seem to do anything. It's pretty strange, it worked well in 22.2
Tested on v.22.3 on 2 instances on Win 10 and Windows Server 2022 on multiple projects.
Am I the only one to have this problem?
