Scheduled Task import does not match imported xml

Hello, I am wanting to import a scheduled task that runs a command on startup with a trigger Delay of 10 seconds. The Task xml is attached.
When the task is imported the Trigger delay is not set, and I cannot enter a delay shorter than 5 minutes. I would expect to have the same functionality of the scheduled task after import.

So i was able to work around this by not using the Scheduled Task section of the installer and just creating a powershell script to run as a custom action. It seems I've had to do custom actions quite often because of limits in the standard ai functionality.
