Installer for Delphi 4?

Will the Free or Pro versions install a Delphi 4.0 (Standard version) EXE on a Win95/NT and up platform?

How much might the installer increase the overall download size (overall minus EXE).

I don't see why not. But I know nothing about Delphy 4 EXEs...

The template MSI is 114k. Optionally, the setup.exe is 76k. Additional custom actions, bitmaps, etc. can add weight.
