Do these registry entries use installer properties as their values? If this is the case then this is a normal behavior (the properties set during the first installation become empty during a repair). The solution for this is to create
searches which get the values of the properties from the registry.
For example, if you have a registry value which uses the
TEST property you need to create a search named
TEST which tries to find the registry value.
If this is not the case please send us a small test case which reproduces this behavior (the AIP and the resulted MSI package) to
support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate it.
