Given an existing MSI that I want to apply a patch to, how do I do this?
Do I select New Upgraded and point to the existing MSI? And then what do I point to for the new target since it must be an existing MSI file? Also, I don't see how to add/remove/ or modify files for the patch?

Hi,
To apply a patch, you launch it by double clicking on the MSP file. The application to be patched must be already installed on the computer.
After lauching the patch, the Maintenance (Modify/Repair/Remove) dialog of the application install will appear. Select Repair.
