Process Exit Codes for Updater

Have not seen this present?

Would be nice if the Updater returned valid exit codes for different status'.

For example returning Exit code 2 could mean Updates available, etc ... makes for easier consumption into applications - if you want to force an upgrade of the application before your application launches (like in a splash screen).

At the moment this is a challenge to get working reliably.

Hi,

Yes, in the 6.8 version the Updater returns different values based on its status. You can see the possible values here.
