Allow .NET DLL to be used for Custom UI actions

It would be very nice to be able to do Serial # validation from a .NET dll rather than a native c++ dll.

Hi,

Unfortunately Windows Installer supports only C++ DLLs for custom actions (the serial number validation feature uses a custom action). Therefore, Advanced Installer cannot use a .NET DLL.
