Software Prerequisites: Add Microsoft Silverlight

We're getting ready to produce some training material that's packaged up as a Microsoft Silverlight application. It would be convenient to have Silverlight as a predefined Software Prerequisite.

While it is currently being distributed via Windows Update, it's only an "optional" update and as such most PCs probably don't have the runtime yet.

I added this feature on our TODO list and it will be available in the next version of Advanced Installer. Thank you for your suggestion.
