I just created a new project and would like the Uninstall icon to be placed as the last item in the application's Start menu folder (i.e. Start->Program Files->My Application). Instead, the uninstall icon is being placed as the first item. I would also like to change the ordering of the items themselves. How does one accomplish this seamingly simple task?

P.S. As a test, I added a new shortcut to an existing application's Start menu folder. It added it at the tail end of the menu. The item was titled "On-line" help and it appeared just after the Uninstall item (uninstall was in the proper place for that AI project.) So it apparently is not a sorting issue.

I guess the next logical question would be, what name does it sort on: the name of the shortcut or the description? Clearly, these two are not in alphabetical order. I don't have drag drop enabled in my Programs Menu, so I couldn't have accidentally reordered them (they are locked in position.)
[edit] Another instance of this problem had the Uninstall being listed first in the list of menu items. The other items did not appear to be sorted at all.
