All projects broken by

I installed the new version, and now none of my project files work, they all say:

Exception - A row with this key [id PersonalFolder\RDC\My X-Rays\Sample Radiographs\sample~1.jpg] was already registered in the table.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Is there a fix for this, or have I lost all my projects ?
