Hi,
I'm getting some very weird results (verified by different users on different PCs) with the minimum required resolution for installing our application. When I set it to 1024x768, all is well, but when I change it to 1280x800, then no one (with seemingly any resolution) can install the app at all. I have had users report problems with 1280x1024, 1400x1050, and 1920x1080.
Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hello,
No actually this is not a common behavior. Can you please send us the .AIP (project) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?
Also can you specify the OSs you tested your package on?
