In order to install our application on the target machine the machine should have oracle installed and which should be of version 8.1.7 or Higher. So how should i proceed to achieve the condition.
I am afraid that I do not know what is the Search condition for Oracle, since I do not have it installed. Basically, you need to perform a File Search (or a Registry Search) and create a Launch Condition based on the result of that search.
