i am using the Advanced Installer 3.9 Trail version.

in perofessional project , i added the 'end user licence agreements' eg 'a.rtf' file.

but while installation the Licence agreen screen shows as empty.

pls help me wat was the problem?

Hi,

This is very strange as it works perfectly on my computer.

The problem might reside in the fact that your EULA is not a genuine RTF file so Windows Installer does not recognize it.

In order to see if this is the case, please use a template EULA file that comes with Advanced Installer. You can find them in \Caphyon\Advanced Installer\resources.

I had this problem also after creating a new RTF in Wordpad and Word. Like you said, after using the EULA file as a template it worked. Strange though.

Hi,

This usually happens when the .rtf file is not a genuine RTF file. For example: if you create a .txt file and rename it to .rtf then note that this is not a genuine RTF file. You must save it as "Rich Text Format (RTF)".
