Icon Change on Application Folder or Desktop Folder

Hi!
I am new to the Advanced Installer and just tested the free download version. Now I am wondering whether it would be possible to change the application icon (Start | Programm | Application (folder, with a number of application files on next lower level) and/or the desktop folder icon (again, with a number of application files on next lower level).

This may be a trivial question and it may be due to utilising the free download. However, I have tried to get information from the Help Utility, etc. and could not find the deisred answer.

Hi,

You can change the icon for shortcuts. Create a shortcut in "Application Shortcut Folder", "Desktop" or "Startup" folder and you can change its icon.

If this is not what you want then please give me more details.

Hi Gigi!
I have made screen shuts of the adavanced installer and the desktop/startmenu:
In the installer, there are copies of shortcuts in `Start Menu | Programs | Factum | .....` and in
`Desktop | Factum | ...` (red arrows point at folders)

In the second screenshut you see the installed folders (green arrows) and the shortcuts - I would like to assign Factum icons to these folders. This the problem, the actual shortcuts icons are fine - I AM UANBLE TO ASSIGN ICONS IN THE INSTALLER SOFTWARE TO THE FOLDERS.

Hi,

Create a shortcut to an external file and choose a folder for "Shortcut Target" (for example: [APPDIR]). In the "New Shortcut" dialog you can choose an icon for the shortcut.
