Hello, I've been using an uninstall shortcut in the application shortcut folder for many months without problems, the application was correctly uninstalled and all the relevant files were removed. Recently I've noticed that the shortcut doesn't work anymore, it simply removes the application from the list of the installed programs in the control panel, but all the files and shortcuts are left without being removed. The same happens uninstalling the application from the control panel. The only method that works is running the installer file again and selecting the remove option. I'm now using the latest 8.7.1 version. Any idea ?

I am not sure why this is happening. Can you please try the package on several machines and see if the behavior persists?
If it does, please send us the .AIP ( project file ) and a verbose log of the uninstall to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them.
