Java program as installed Service doesn't stay running

In my project, I have created a java .exe and it's installed as a Service. It runs fine from the CMD or shortcut but only runs for a few seconds as a Windows Service with error:

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Any ideas??

Hi Dennis,

The Advanced Installer Java Launcher does not support running as a service just yet. We are planning to implement this feature in the next version, 1.7.
