Build an installer

i have created an web application based on php language.
in the backeend i am using wamp2.2 that includes
appache2.2.22
PHP5.3
MYSQL5.5.24

How do i Package all of them in a single installer.

From what I know wamp already provides an MSI that bundles all of them. Why don't you get that MSI and add it as a prerequisite/chained package in your main package?
