I just upgraded to 9.4, and it's having serious problems. For any of my solutions, if I press the build button, AI locks up. The build dialog doesn't come up, but it things it's there somewhere, because the main AI window behaves as if a modal dialog is in play (is unresponsive), but the build dialog is nowhere to be seen. If the build fails, the build dialog must be dismissed before proceeding, but that obviously isn't possible, so the process just has to be killed.
I've restarted the computer to no effect. I hope there's some way to fix this short of reinstalling.

I renamed the "UI Positions" registry key, and that fixed it. I moved two to one monitor temporarily, and AI was attempting to render the build dialog on the second, non-existent monitor. Consider this a bug report.
