Hi,

Our software is client-server architecture..During upgrade, we push the latest version client pack to client machine's TEMP folder, that file will execute and upgrade will complete..

But, 64 BIt Windows 7, 2008 server machines, temp file execution was nt working. Other OS 64 XP, 2003 server was fine..

Could you please suggest anyother configurations required this case..

Hi Raja,

I am gonna need more details on this. What do you mean it is not working, do you get an error when trying to install or there is a restriction from the OS?

If you have an error during the installation can you please post the verbose log to see more details?

Hi,

The log shows that you are using the default extraction path, i.e. not TempFolder. Please make sure you set this value as extraction path:

[TempFolder][|Manufacturer]\[|ProductName] [|ProductVersion]\install

If you have multiple builds in your package, please make sure you select the appropriate one from the list and then set the extraction.

In case you don't know, the extraction path can be set from Media page.
