Hello!
Is it possible to run the .Net custom action during the User Selection phase of Wizard, for example, as an button click event in order to verify credentials.
Its possible to move .net CA between the execution stages, but can we use it it in a similar way to the native dlls for control's events ?

I'm afraid we don't have support to add a ".NET Installer Class action" without sequence. However, in order to achieve what you want you can create a DTF custom action. Please take a look on our "Create fully fledged C# custom actions" article which should be useful for you.
