A switch of theme disables VerifyRemoveDlg
After switching to a new theme we have to remove all cleanup actions and create them again in order to show VerifyRemoveDlg during uninstallation. Just wanted to let you know... hope you will address this issue in next update.

This is the default behavior, when changing the theme the custom dialogs are reset because each theme comes with its own recommended default dialogs and a dialog can have specific settings depending the theme.
You can also take a look on Changing theme deletes all custom dialogs thread which debates a similar subject.
