Is it possible only add firewall rules if target computer is >= win7 in otherwords do not attemp on xp or vista. some of my user are getting message Invalid firewall process image path on xp SP3 machines
or is there a fix for this message?

In order to achieve that you can add in the Condition field from the Firewall Exception Dialog the related value for the VersionNT property.
