Error while Uninstalling the msi package

Hi everyone,
I created an msi package with custom action of "Install msi relative to the package" but after the installation when I tried to uninstall the main package there appears this error message "A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: C\WINDOWS\Installer\Vapp.msi" and the application is not getting uninstalled.I tried to uninstall it through cmd aswell but the same problem persists,So how can I uninstall it from my system(Win XP) and what is the problem.After the uninstallation wizards close it shows "fatal error during uninstallation".
I would be glad if someone helped me out with this.

Hi Ritesh and welcome to Advanced Installer forums.

I'm not sure why you encounter this behavior. Please keep in mind that the Install MSI relative to package custom action is deprecated and it is not recommended, exactly because it may cause problems.

The recommended approach, for installing one or more relative MSI packages, is to use the Prerequisites feature. For more details you can take a look on the Add Prerequisite tutorial.
