Customizing dialogs

Is it possible to have the 'installation progress' dialog appear only.
The process I need for our app is the following:
Step 1. Execute the .MSI app file
Step 2. The 'installation progress' dialog will appear showing install progress.

Can advanced installer do this?

I think so. You can either:
a) Check the "Limit to basic user interface" box in the Install Parameters page.
b) In the Dialogs page, remove all the undesired dialogs. Careful with this one, as some dialogs may have side effects that are important for the installation itself.

It does not allow to delete Welcome, Start Install and Installation Complete dialogs. The delete option is desabled.

I was afraid of that. In this case, limiting to basic UI is the only option left.
