Failed to edit the value of an item in the table editor

Hi Team,

After moving the whole project to a new folder, I found the source path of all my files messed up. So, I had to go through hundreds of files and fix their source path. But still fails to build complaining about an icon path shown in the table editor. I fixed the wrong value and expected it to build happily, but it keeps showing the same error message as if the changes have not gone through (see the attached screenshot).

How can I change a value in the table editor?

Thanks,
Abbas

Re: Failed to edit the value of an item in the table editor

Hi Abbas,

The values in the Table Editor can be changed just as you tried to (select the "Edit Row" option from the context menu of a row), but it seems that the path for an icon is not recognized if it is changed in the Table Editor.

You can check one of the following icons to see if they have the correct path:
- "Control Panel Icon", from the Product Details page
- "File Icon", from the Updater page
- "EXE Icon", from the Media page
- shortcuts "Icon File", from the Files and Folders page (if you have any shortcut and an icon set for it)

Let us know if this helped, otherwise send us the AIP file so we can take a look of it and try to find the missing icon.

Thanks Eusebiu,

The problem was the control panel icon. I changes its file path and it worked fine.

Thanks,
