During an installation is there anyway to change the NTFS file permissions so that a file could be in the Everyone group?

Hi,

To set the permissions for an installed file, double click on the file in the Files and Folders page, then switch to Permissions in the Edit File dialog.

To files outside of your install, you need to use a custom action.
