Hello guys. I am from romania and I just purchased the profesional version of this program. I really need the romanian dictionary for dialogs and all.
Please provide a download link if exist.

Hello and welcome to Advanced Installer forums,
We do not have translations for all the languages displayed in the Translations page, only for those that are displayed when the Selected or known option is chosen in the combo box from the upper-right corner of the page (if an untranslated language is selected it will also be displayed).
In your case, you can select the All option from the combo box and add the Romanian language and in the Default Strings tab translate the strings by yourself.
Then you can use the Save changes in a dictionary from repository option from the Default Strings Tab to save changed translations for Romanian language in its own separate dictionary from the repository. Changes will be marked with a green border and will enable this link button.
