How to suppress reboot on uninstall

I have an AI project that needs to reboot on install, but NOT reboot on uninstall.

Anyone know how to do that?

Hello,

Please make sure that you set the Set installer property custom action to be executed only on install from its properties in the Custom Actions page.

The reboot is not a custom action, so far as I can tell.
I have not added a custom action for reboot.
On the Product Information -> Install Parameters,
I have chosen Reboot behavior: Force Reboot after install.
However, this also forces reboot after uninstall. I only want the reboot at install.
