Everyone permission is getting removed while upgrade

Hi
I have choose Do not overwrite existing file option for an xml file. But while doing the upgrade installation its everyone permission is getting removed. In the installer everyone permission has been granted for the file and folder but its not working during the installation

Indeed, this is an Advanced Installer limitation. An improvement is already on our TODO list, I increased its priority and it will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer.
