Licensing server

I'm having problem with configuring licensing server. Earlier this year we had renewed the Enterprise license, Now we I click on registration licensing server I get error " Please upgrade to floating ". Do i have any other option to configure the licensing server?

Hello,

This may happen if you don't have a Floating license type. The license server can be used and configured only by registering it with a Floating license.

If you have a per-developer license, then you should use your license key to register the Advanced Installer application by using one of the first two option from our registration wizard.

If you do have a Floating license, but you cannot register the License Server please send us an e-mail to support at advancedinstaller dot com including your Floating license key and a detailed test case you are using to replicate the issue.

Well I have valid license which is in effect till next March. If I re-register with steps what you have mentioned wouldn't it be a problem?

No, there should be no problem in registering again the AI application using your license key.
