Detecting if Hyper-threading is turned on

My application requires that Hyper-threading be turned off. Can Advanced Installer detect the status of Hyper-threading?.

Hi Steve,

I'm afraid that we do not have predefined support for this, however you can create your own custom action which programmatically checks if the Hyper-threading is turned on or off. You can take a look on the "CPU Hyperthreading: Is it ON or OFF" article which might help you.

I've added an improvement on our TODO list so we can have a predefined launch condition to detect if the Hyper-threading is turned off. However, since your is the only request, implementing it has a very low priority for the moment.
