Repackager Starts and Aborts

I am running Advanced Installer 11.7.1 and while attempting to use the Repackager tool on an existing EXE setup, it loads up in my VM environment (Windows 7 RTM - No UAC - Administrative User) and the Repackager starts up in the command prompt, starts a system scan and then crashes with "Scanning Operation Aborted" and closes down. What might be causing this or where can I find a log that tells me WHY it crashed?

I'm not sure why you encountered this behavior.
Have you tried to update the the VMware tools? Did a restart of the Guest OS in VM helped?

If the behavior still persist, please contact us on support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can sent you a debug dll which can give us more details about the encountered behavior.

I've replied with an email stating the specs of both the Guest and Host machine to your email.
