Hello,
I've created an installer(.exe) with a merge module containing some files in it. I've created an uninstaller shortcut for the installer. When I uninstall the application using the uninstall shortcut. the files which were extracted from the merge module is not getting deleted.
Can you please suggest a way to get this sorted.

I'm not sure why you are encountering this behavior. I've tested the scenario with a sample created with version 11.7.1 of AI, but I cannot replicate the behavior. In order to get a clear view about your installation scenario please send us the AIPs (project files) of your main project and of your merge module project to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate their settings.
